After you've made your purchase its important that you understand the process whereby we ship you your wines. You'll be happy to know that every order can easily be shipping free of charge to you. Each day we offer free ground shipping specials based upon a minimum number of bottles purchased. These minimum purchase requirements change each time we change our wine deal. If you would like air shipping instead, we're working on it.
States We Ship To
At the present time, there are state regulations governing interstate shipping of wine. Please check back here often for updates as these interstate regulations change frequently. The following lists the states where we ship to:

Since deliveries require an adult signature, we suggest you ship to an address such as an office that you know will be attended by an adult. Most customers use this option.
Shipment costs are calculated within the Shopping Cart and before purchase. Currently we ship to 30+ states. Shipping is always free if you purchase the minimum number of bottles for that offer. Its an easy three step process outlined below:
- Simply select a quantity of wine from the home page, click "Buy Now" to go to the Shopping Cart.
- From the Shopping Cart, select your state, zip code, and your desired shipping service.
- If you're purchasing the minimum amount needed for free shipping you will not be charged, otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders normally will ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business day. The duration of shipment will depend upon the shipping service that you selected along with the destination.

UPS or FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your order. If your shipment is returned to our WineTwits Deals retail partner, an additional shipping charge may be applicable to re-ship your order.
We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may request a faster shipping method.
WineTwits Deals automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine through WineTwits Deals. All packages sent by WineTwits Deals retail partners REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best delivery service. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine. We will not honor any emails, twits or order comments requesting that we leave your package "with a neighbor", "at the side door", or "with the babysitter".
WineTwits Deals is committed to serving our customers! If there is any problem with your order, you should let us know without delay. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date! If you think the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can’t take back any empty bottles! If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please email WineTwits Deals order department at email@example.com right away. WineTwits Deals will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment. Please re-pack the wine and send a request for a return authorization slip which will give you the specific return instructions. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package.
WineTwits Deals will arrange to have the package picked up and returned right away for inspection. Once the package is returned, the contents of the bottle will first be inspected and then a replacement package will be sent out to you or you will be refunded your purchase price. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
All wine sold is guaranteed to be good. Sometimes in a lot you can have a bad bottle. If for any reason you feel the wine is not good or you would like to return your order for any other reason, you need to obtain a return authorization number. To get this number, go to the contact us tab on the main page of the WineTwits Deals site. In the comments box please give us your name, address, invoice number as well as a phone number and time we can reach you and we will email you with a return authorization number within 24 hours. You can call the customer service number and leave your full name, invoice number, address, phone number and time you can be reached on the answering machine, but it will take up to 48 hours to respond to your call.
If the wine is bad we will REFUND YOU THE ENTIRE PURCHASE INCLUDING ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNLESS THE WINE IS BAD OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Title & Ownership
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from the WineTwits Deals retail partner to the purchaser in the State of New York and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from New York to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, WineTwits Deals is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WineTwits Deals, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
